Personal Training

One-to-One or Small Group sessions, completed out of The Letchworth Club, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. All sessions are 1 hour in length unless pre-discussed prior. You can book individual sessions (at £50 per hour), or in pay-monthly options of one, two or three sessions per week, which are paid on a pre-determined date each month. Am I the right coach for you? I am specialised in strength coaching (this includes powerlifting and weightlifting movements) and sports performance (so far including: Football, Rugby, Tennis, Cricket, Golf, BMX Racing and Mountain Biking). With a client base ranging from 12 - 89 years old, I have also helped individuals in the following areas: Injury Rehab, Fat Loss, Mobility Development and Muscle Building. Perfect Your Technique

No overcomplicating things with fancy jargon, I use easy to understand cues to get you lifting proficiently as quickly as possible, with a focus on performing movements safely and to the maximum of your functional range of motion. Even for experienced lifters, there's huge benefits to your technique from even just a single session.  

Motivation and Accountability

Someone at your side to make sure you're coming in and putting in the right intensity to maximise your progress. On your own, it can be easy to just go through the motions in the gym. You'll be amazed at how much you are capable of with someone to push you on!

Extensive Knowledge

I'm more than just a personal training qualification. My wide breadth of knowledge comes from over a decade of research and trialling different training modalities with a sports science background to really understand the physiology behind them . I'm not just here to take you through your sessions, I'm here to educate you on the logic behind what you're doing.

Bespoke Programming

Block bookings include training plans written specifically for your capabilities and goals.  My plans use tried and tested training principles, proven to get you on the right track to achieving your goals.

Want to train with a friend/partner? Split the cost with 2-1 training sessions for the same price
Note: For Silver members, you will still only be provided with one program between you if the cost is split. A second individual program can be purchased as an add-on for £40 a month
